While going to the doctor is usually not on the top of my list of things that I want to do, the visit with Dr. Ashley Chin and all of the staff at Pinewood Medical Clinic on FM 1488 in Magnolia couldn't have been better. I had an extremely short wait and everyone was very pleasant, professional and positive in their interactions with me. Various procedures were described fully and there was plenty of time and interest for discussing relevant alternatives if I had questions.

Dr. Chin goes above and beyond for her patients. She is caring, compassionate and has a personal interest in your health. Her staff are excellent as well. I would not go to another doctor! The only negative is the billing office seems unorganized and has a hard time billing insurance correctly. Could use improvement in that area. Other than that I give a five star rating for care.

I love her, but it is too hard to get through to her or a nurse. I first called at 8:30 am and again at 3:30 but didn't hear back until after hours. I tried the front desk and got voice mail.

Dr. Chin professional and personal. She is above and beyond a doctor who treats symptoms. She listens very carefully and then will determine the causes of your issues. She explains your condition and gives you options with her recommendations. She not only heals the body, but treats the psyche as well. I would strongly recommend her for any and all family members. Dr. Chin is personable and caring. She considers several aspects of your health and addresses those that need to be even if you weren't necessarily seeing her for them. Some doctors only want to cover what you appointment was for. As I get to know her more I think that she wants to more know about my situation. She listens to what you have to say.

She is listens and explains treatments and medications, and address all aspects of my health. She follows up with any changes in my condition and then can assess and make recommendations for my long term well-being.
