Dr. Ashley Robel was born in Menomonee Falls, WI. Like the generations before her, she is a Wisconsinite who grew up in Hartford, WI graduating from Hartford Union High School. She takes pride in her family’s lineage and also having a strong community presence in the southeastern areas of the state.
As a high school athlete, Dr. Ashley competed in basketball, soccer, and cross country for all four years. Her passion for chiropractic care stemmed from a desire to help others achieve their fullest health potential, a commitment she cultivated through years of sports competition. Through those experiences, she saw the real impact of the body’s remarkable ability to adapt and thrive through movement, inspiring her to explore advanced methods for optimizing bodily function.
After high school she attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for four years. After her undergraduate studies, Dr. Ashley moved to St. Louis, Missouri to attend Logan University to obtain her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She graduated from Logan in April of 2013 and has practiced in many different clinical settings the last 12 years in Missouri, Florida, and New Mexico. With years of expertise and a deep passion for healing, she looks forward to enriching the lives of her future patients at the Waukesha Chiro One Wellness Clinic.
Dr. Ashley has a three-year-old daughter who motivates her to always be a good example and continue growing personally. She loves adjusting families, especially infants and children. In fact, Dr. Ashley has witnessed her own daughter benefit from chiropractic adjustments throughout her development. She loves to educate families about how chiropractic care is beneficial for children, especially mothers.
