Ashley's interest in nutrition started in high school when she started working out. She found a passion in nutrition and fitness and had an interest in seeing how food affected the body. Ashley's training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions. Ashley believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a HAES informed approach. She loves to follow a sustainable nutrition approach leading to food freedom. Ashley graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh. Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, being active, and playing with her dogs.
