Dr. Patel was very personable and kind. He listened to my concerns and was very thorough in the questions he asked me and responses he gave me to any I asked. It is a bit inconvenient for me to get to his office but I will continue to see him because in my experience it has been hard to find a doctor that genuinely cares about their patients like him. I also really appreciate that he takes early morning appointments. I saw him at 7:30 and was able to get to work for 9.

Made the appointment at noon on zocdoc and saw the doctor at 2::30! Fabulous team and Dr Patel is kind, thorough, and a great listener. Also the convenience of an on-sit pharmacy...prescriptions were waiting by the time I got downstairs! Best medical experience I've had!

This was the worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. Extremely unprofessional staff who lost my lab results . They did not even inform me of my results and sent me a screenshot of the results rather than the report. One mistake after another. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
