My appt. was at 10am, however I wasn't even given paperwork to fill out until 11am (no exaggeration). When I askes how much longer will it be before I am seen, I was told that I should've come earlier than my appt. That was an interesting suggestion, especially since I called the office to see if I could come earlier, but was told by their answering service that the staff was running late to work, and the office was still closed. Then the receptionist rudely asked if my day was that booked that I couldnt wait patiently, as if I was being a diva. At that point, I was about to cancel, but was assured that the doc would see me asap. I foolishly waited another 30 minutes b4 my name was called. I met with Dr. Hameedi, and he seemed nice, but did applogize for the hour and a half wait, when I mentioned it. I was sent downstairs for a stress test, where I was seated with 10 patients WAITING (with IVs in their arms) to be tested. They were ALL complaining about being there for 3+ HOURS. At that moment, I logged on to Zoc Doc, and scheduled my stress test with a wonderful cardiologist in Flushing. I went to her office at my scheduled time, and was seen & tested as soon as I walked in. I have NEVER waited in a holding room to be seen by a doctor for that long and I refuse to start now! If you value your time, DO NOT go here. There are offices that are properly managed that would love your patronage!

Probably the worst experience I've had at a doctors office. The wait itself took over an hour even with an appointment whereas the actual visit was about 5 minutes which consisted of a blood pressure reading and asking a few basic questions. The doctor was not able to give a diagnosis because he said it would require a few tests. when I asked him if it is recommended that I get these tests, he shrugged and said it was up to me twice. The reason why I went to the doctor was to get HIS opinion not MINE. At that point I was already frustrated and I didn't want to wait at his office any longer and I definitely did not want to come back and wait another hour just to hear the results. I left the office feeling not at all at ease and even more confused about my condition. I'll go to another cardiologist if I wanted any tests done.
