I was highly disappointed with the wait. I don't know who exactly dropped the ball, so I will have to say they all did. They clearly do not communicate with one another or follow through. Being a new patient, I arrived 15 minutes early and wanted to be respectful of their time, especially with it being a Saturday. I was not expecting to have MY TIME so severely disrespected. I had another appt, and with the wait, it was butting up against it. I came for a consult, which easily could've been 10-15 mins, only to be in their crammed office for 1.5 hrs. I heard patients who came in after me get treated and leave, by the time I left everyone in my initial check in group was gone, and someone who came in an hour after me, was seen and left 5 mins after I left the office. I was rushed, so I felt as though I couldn't articulate my concerns with the doctor and that she may not have clearly understood (or cared). It is very hard to trust a facility that wasted so much of my time for no reason.
