Very professional office and easy parking. Dr. Wagenseller was very through and explained her findings thoroughly.
Dr. Wagenseller was very attentive, knowledgeable, genuinely interested in helping out. I would highly recommend her.
Dr Aubrey listened to my concern and description very patiently, she made sure what I was describing is the same and inspected affected areas thoroughly. Her personality and bedside manners are extremely professional and I felt no embarrassment in the room.
Front desk was rather rude and had me wait a long time before notifying the doctor I was there.
The front desk admin team was very professional and was seen very quick. The facility is immaculate and Dr. Wagenseller was very thorough. She explained everything - she made sure I? understood her diagnosis and the plan moving forward.
Quick, knowledgeable and spunky. I like her! I was nervous before going because I thought she may not have known what I was talking about (edges = African American issue) but she did and was very helpful about a sensitive issue. Didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. Diverse staff as well!
She was great once I got in to see her, but I waited an hour before I was called in :-/
Dr. Wagenseller was great. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She addressed my questions and also asked follow-ups that hadn't occurred to me. The only downside was the wait. I arrived on time but sat in reception for a solid 30 minutes before I was called to go back. On the plus side, everything went very quickly once I was taken back to a room -- the assistant who escorted me back took my information and left only for a minute, and then the doctor was there, and she got right down to business.
Dr. Wagenseller was prompt, professional, and insightful. I was very impressed by her bedside manner as well as her decisive and effective style, and I will return.
Excellent. Listened well, responded to questions, was very personable. Office staff were also great
