This place feels like a scam. I went there for headaches. I have insurance and then they told me to get tests I could only go on certain days. I went to my appts. I paid a large amount out of pocket where they assured me that was covering 2 tests ( I checked 2x) and I also had to take off of work and travel to Manhattan for these tests - now after paying a good amount and still not having results which supposedly the doctor is too important to give me any more of her time now -- they are having me supposedly get my results from a NP after going and paying --- now I received a huge bill ? This is a total scam of a place. Again I still do not have my results. Do not go - do not waste time

Dr. Audrey was courteous and thorough and very helpful. After a thorough check up she determined I should go to the ER. I did got a bunch of test done. In the end, we figured out what it was and I was helped. I know that’s incredibly rare because most people to go to the ER for serious issues. But my dizziness was very much, a serious issue to me. And it was resolved. So I will definitely go see her again and recommend her to other people.

The place is nice and clean. The 1st receptionist was very nice but she kept whispering so it was hard to hear her at times. Mr. Chan took me immediately after checking in and was very attentive to my headache concerns. After his examination, he said he will get the doctor. The only issue about my visit is that I had to wait about 45 mins for the doctor. That was frustrating because I was the only patient there. Other than that, the doctor was nice and walked me through my next steps. I feel bad because I wasn't as pleasant as I normally am but that's because I was so annoyed with the wait time. I know that I will have more appts with them so I'm hoping I don't have to experience the long wait for the doctor the next time.

Dr Halpbern was extremely attentive and the pro ugh when i came to my migraine care. She really listened to and understood my concerns and set up a concrete plan of different medications to try. I went to the Brooklyn location and the office was very nice/peaceful (it’s a neurospa) but I did have to wait about 30 mins past my appointment time to be seen. Worth the wait though!

Dr. Halpern was incredibly caring, thorough and very clearly communicated her thoughts on my diagnosis along with next steps, precautions to take, etc. She made me feel very comfortable and safe to share all of my symptoms and was actively listening, taking notes and responding accordingly.

This doctor works out of a neurospa. Dr. Halpern only met with me for a few minutes during one of my 3 appointments and she was interrupted by a call. I was charged an exorbitant amount (even though it was only the 20% that my insurance didn't cover) and the office incorrectly ordered my MRI delaying the entire process. When I finally got the results of my testing months later, the doctor was out the entire month and unable to read the urgent results. Highly recommend finding a different doctor if you have more serious needs than just a headache.

Left feeling confident in my approach to dealing with my brain injury. Dr. Halpern impressed with a broad range of knowledge and experience that other docts I'd seen for my concussion didn't come close to. She was warm, friendly, understanding, and I felt like she truly wanted to help.

Dr. Halpern was thorough and kind. Even if she missed something, her PA asked every question under the sun and took notes the entire time. They made me feel comfortable, seen, and heard. We’re just starting the process of testing so I’ll update if anything changes along the way. I left feeling less anxiety than I went in with even though the diagnosis could potentially go in a not so favorable way. I got the impression that she really cares and doesn’t want her patients to ever feel shame. The facility is undergoing some construction, but that didn’t impact the quality of care I received. Loved her and everyone I came across. I always get nervous going into these private practices in gentrified neighborhoods especially being a woman of color (I’ve had a few unsavory experiences elsewhere), but thankfully that wasn’t the case here.
