I am Audrey Sadler, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who recently founded Check Your Wellness LLC. I am the mother of 2 who both insisted from an early age that I help every road accident. With data reflecting increased life spans; I believe everyone should strive for optimum wellness. It is important to maintain quality of years.
I worked in 3 prestigious Medical Centers in the US and in expanding my vision, believe serving in a preventative role affords me the opportunity to reach the masses. In my fourth decade of life, I trained for the Disney Marathon. It is never too late to push oneself beyond the familiar.
