This is not a Chariopracter. The app list the doctor as one but she’s just a regular doctor. I like that the office called me to clarify that before my appointment. What I did not like is that they did not tell me that no one was going to be there for blood test. I feel like the visit could had just been televisit, but I waisted my bus fare and energy to go to the office to answer questions and ask some questions. As a new patient, this was disappointing. Also medical assistant lack professionalism. The doctor kept asking me how she could help me but without blood test my concerns would not be answered/clarified.

She’s an amazing doctor, heard to every concern I had. My child was crying and she was very patient and even was rocking him while attending me. I went for my annual check up and the doctor went very deep into my medical history and overall lifestyle. I love my experience with her.

I had a great appointment with the doctor. She was informative and easy to talk to. She did not rush the appointment and made me feel very comfortable.
Unfortunately, her staff is making me question going back to her office. The desk staff went to take their lunch before I even left the appointment room. When i went to leave there was no one sitting there, i could hear them laughing and eating in a room near by, but no one ever came back to the desk. I waited a few minutes in case i needed to do any final paper work or payments, but the women were clearly on break. As i went to leave the office, i realized how little attention they paid to the patients inside. They locked the front door and flipped their sign to say that they’re “closed for lunch” so no one could come in. I was able to let myself out but that’s certainly not the way to treat patients.

I love the doctor and staff. The only thing lacking is the results of my blood test. I was unable to get on portal because Dr hadn’t posted. When I called they said I needed to wait for the other receptionist because she knew how to help me. This was in March still no blood results.

Dr. Andreescu made my visit to this clinic 10/10. First, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. I filled in my chart as it was my first time visit and once done, the doctor called me right in. Dr. Andreescu is very patient (you don’t feel rushed) listening to all my concerns and helping me understand my symptoms. She made me feel safe and secured. She is a doctor who seems to care for her patients long term and that’s why I’m considering her for primary care. I left the office with bloodwork done and feeling much better than when I walked in. I’m looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Andreescu and am so thankful I found her. Thank you!

Received communication from the day I scheduled the appointment, and texts to confirm closer to the date of the actual appointment. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional when I arrived, and directed me to fill my forms out by an easy to use and self-explanatory tablet. It took a little while to get things going, but this was a primary care consult where my medical history is extensive so that wasn't surprising. My concerns were thoroughly addressed, and I had the full attention of the doctor after my vitals and information were taken. She explained things and answered my questions, asking some of her own about my history, and also helping me to grasp a better understanding of the care she can provide as a primary.

I’m not one to leave reviews typically but I felt compelled after my recent visit with Dr. Andreescu. With the nature of health care in the US it sometimes feels like it’s all about the money - stack patients on the schedule, see them for 10-15 minutes, bill insurance - rinse and repeat. I got no sense of that from Dr. A. She spent nearly an hour with me answering all my questions and going above and beyond what I’ve grown accustomed to. I believe I was the last patient of the day and I got no sense that she was trying to get me out of there to wrap up her day, and that really stood out to me. I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Andreescu and highly recommend her to anyone considering her as a PCP. Thank you Dr. A!

An amazing office with an amazing doctor! Receptionist was very friendly, plus virtually no wait time. Doctor was attentive and had fantastic bedside manner, and went above and beyond ensuring pharmacy had medication in stock by calling them herself and waiting on hold for 20+ minutes. Office was clean and my visit was not rushed by any means.
