Dr. B is awesome! He takes time to listen to you & takes steps to correct what's causing your pain. He never seems to be in a rush - All in all I am very pleased & would highly recommend anybody to schedule.

Avi Bhandary is dually trained in the field of Physiatry and Pain Medicine and specializes in the diagnosis, and treatment of physical impairment from pain. Born in Western New York, Dr. Bhandary has won awards for research and clinical performance at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, National Institute of Health, and the University of Pittsburgh where he served as Chief Resident during his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Following residency, Dr. Bhandary completed a Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Iowa, and has clinical interests in ultrasound guided injections, EMGs and neuromodulation. Skilled in a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of pain, Avi proudly joins Rehab Medical Group, and looks forward to providing the highest quality pain management.
