She has provided care for my family, including checking for strep and ear infections, and has given invaluable advice during medical emergencies. I also love getting IV fluids with added vitamins from her for extra hydration. Highly recommend Aviva for anyone in need of top-notch medical care.

i had a stomach bug 3 days ago and Aviva came to the rescue within the hour. i felt better after the IV and i felt comfortable shes a nurse practitiner. she was able to prescribe me medication to my pharmacy. def recommend.

More about Aviva Malayev, APRN
I began my career as an ER nurse in South Florida. I earned my Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Miami Dade College, followed by studies in Biology Pre-Medicine and Chemistry at Florida International University. I then completed my Master’s in Family Health Nursing at Keiser University. I became a Family Nurse Practitioner right before COVID-19 began in 2019. My first job as an NP was in 2020 during the pandemic, overseeing a COVID research site clinic where we administered and studied monoclonal antibodies for SARS-CoV-2 and its effects.
During that time, people were fearful of leaving their homes, especially hospital settings. Many in my community, including family and friends, were desperate for healthcare in the comfort of their homes to stay strong, healthy, and boost their immune systems.
In 2021, I dove into urgent care during the second wave of the pandemic. I evaluated and treated a wide range of acute illnesses, strengthening my skills as a provider. My emergency nursing experience was a significant asset in the urgent care setting.
In 2022, I launched my own company, Aviva Wellness LLC, a mobile service offering IV drips and Concierge Family Medicine in the comfort of patients’ homes, offices, or hotels.

For any beauty or health needs must go see Aviva!!! Aviva is amazing, knowledgeable, and professional. Usually when i get My blood drawn they can’t ever find my veins and poke me at least 6 times. Aviva found my vein first try. I got An IV drip because i wasn’t Feeling well. The next day i had no bruising in my arm that’s how gentle she was, plus felt revived and good as new. I will Definitely be recommending her to my family and friends!!
