I have the unique experience with this doctor's office.
I visited doctor's office and then received No-Show statement. When I called back to the doctor's office they clearly said I didn't visit doctor's office and to prove that I visited on that day the lady asked me who was the lady in the front desk on that day. I was really supersized who somebody can expect i will remember some front desk person to prove in future that I really visited to the doctor's office in past

The waiting time on the waiting room was ridiculous compared on the number of patients they had that day plus another 25-30 minutes waiting on the exam room. Just so the Doctor can see you for 15 minutes.
While I understand that the severity and complexity of every case is different I would have loved a little more time with the Doctor.
I understand Dr Shah runs different clinics throughout the Orlando area and his bedside manner were good. A more personal experience would have felt better.
When It came time for my second appointment as I got to the office I was told by the staff that the Doctor was unable to see patients that day and that I needed to reschedule a consult. I never went back.

I came in at 5:40 and got attended at 7:15. Then it was a quick consultation and was told just the same thing of what other derms told me. He told me stuff I knew already and the front desk lady laughed when I said I said I had a busy schedule and won't make the follow up :-( I also put all my info for paperwork on ZocDoc and they still had me fill the papers and give my insurance card

I highly recommend Dr Shah. He was friendly and personable, setting my mind at ease about a small procedure I needed to have. I did have to wait a little longer than I would have liked l, but it was completely understandable because they were squeezing me in at the last minute. I booked a 4:30 appointment at 2:00 on the same day. I was impressed with Dr Shah's credentials. He has won many awards and has several advanced certifications. It is evident that he strives to be at the top of his field, yet is very humble and kind. I visited Dr Shah when an emergency came up while on vacation, but if I was local, I would definitely see Dr Shah as a patient again.

I have travelled all of the world and have been to many doctors offices, while they have been professional and good at their own profession Dr. Shah takes it 10 steps further and takes the time to talk to the patient and give a welcoming and calm feel to the visit. He is a professional in all the right senses but he makes the extra effort to be an extraordinary Doctor thru his honesty and caring energy. I highly recommend him. I will definetlu go back.

The doctor was great. The receptionist however actually asked me if I remember what the co-pay is without me even being there before in my life. That was a little weird. Even though I filled out my papers online she told me she was having problems with the printer even though I clearly saw the lady next to her printing papers.
