For more than twenty years, I have worked with individuals and couples. I have helped clients navigate through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I understand that life's journey is filled with challenges and that despite our best intentions, emotions can easily overpower our rational thoughts.
Keeping feelings and emotions contained for too long can make us react in ways that may not be typical of us, impacting our performance and relationships with others; therefore, talking to someone is helpful. In therapy, my primary goal is to instill hope and provide interventions that reduce stress and promote change, growth, and self-compassion.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe and confidential space where you can share your deepest thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
