Dr. Ayad was very kind, compassionate and made both the patient and his mom feel at ease as new patient immediately. She was thorough and genuine. You can tell she loves what she does, even after so many years practicing in medicine.

We have been going to Cadeuces for Kids for the past 14 years and had very good luck with all the providers we’ve seen. The offices are great and clean. Staff always friendly.

When checking in for appt. I provided the name & front desk rep. confirmed my pharmacy location, I then proceeded to the waiting area. After 30 mins of waiting she walked over to ask me the patients name, then came back to informed me that she checked in wrong patient and that my appointment was not for another 3 hours later. She also stated that the provider the app. was booked with wasn’t going to be in until 2.5 hrs. later. I then asked how a mistake like this could happen & take 30 mins. to realize. I questioned if the same type of mistakes are being made during the visit with doctor and how would I be sure other patients are not being mistaken for others & giving the wrong diagnosis/treatments. She then denied anyone made a mistake & she began to raise her voice at me. As a result I didn’t want things to escalate so I asked to speak to another rep. Second staff member was very understanding & apologetic for the way the checking in process was handled. This is very concerning.
