Dr. Vasavada then completed his cardiology fellowship at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. Dr. Vasavada welcomes patients to his practice who require a cardiology consultation and cardiology specialty care.

I'm a loyal patient of Dr. Vasavada who, since my valve surgery five years ago has been "there for me." He practices out of a large floor in the building that housed Hillary's campaign team 4 years back (but it's still a nice building).

I've had a history of really bad "whitecoat" hypertension where my blood pressure is always sky high at doctors offices but usually in the normal range at home. After many years of dealing with this, I decided to get my heart checked out just to make sure that I wasn't causing any damage with these spikes and to figure out how to finally get control over them. Not an easy convo to have because most doctors laugh it off and say "just relax". Doctor Vasavada and his nurse Karen listened to my story and they were super patient and understanding. I immediately felt calmer than I had in years because I wasn't being judged. Dr. Vasavada gave me a thorough blood test, echo and recommended that I see an opthamologist to check the pressure/vessels in my head to make sure there was no damage. He was caring and he explained everything from how blood pressure effects the organs, what is or is not dangerous and how to keep an eye on it in the future. In 25+ years of dealing with this stuff, I finally found a comforting/happy doctor who wanted to help me fix it. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough.

One of the best doctors I've ever consulted. The receptionist and the nurse were excellent. It was a good experience.
