There was no wait time , I was seen right away by very knowledgeable professionals, Dr. Banis was very attentive, assessment was very through, right diagnosis was given, my prescription was called in to my nearest pharmacy, the practice made a follow-up with me within 48 hours and thereafter, I have been able to speak with the provider at any given time, there is no wait to me for my refills.
