Welcome to my page, and thank you for allowing me a few minutes of your time to introduce myself and my work! My name is Bar Zafrany, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Throughout the years I have worked with a variety of individuals, ranging from substance abuse to Anxiety. No matter what background you come from, choosing to prioritize your mental health can be difficult, because so often we worry about sharing our inner dialogue with someone who is a total stranger.
