Dr. Barb opened the practice from scratch, which at that time had not been done in the Denver area in over ten years. The practice has been located on the Lutheran Hospital campus since 1990. In 2003 Dr. Barb opened an additional office in Winter Park, Co. She felt there was a need for children in Winter Park to see a provider specializing in the needs of children.
Dr. Barb is committed to the excellence of care for children from birth to age eighteen. Her clinical interests include the treatment of A.D.D./H.D., depression in children and the education of the parents and families.
Dr. Barb was successful in completing her education even with small children at home.She has been married since 1973 and they have three grown children and two grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys, spending time with her family, cooking, sewing and yes even fly fishing.
