Dr. Mennen is the most courteous and understanding doctor I have known as a patient. I am in my early 30’s and it was difficult finding a new Doc after moving into the DMV area. I tried a few doctors across the area, but I knew I found my favorite Doc, after my first visit with Dr. Mennen.
I have had no regrets, and I have been a patient of his for over two years. He provides terrific insight, and is well versed on the medical science and modern treatments to provide. Dr. Mennen is very down to earth, and will break down any issue into normal terms. I enjoy most how he speaks in an easy to understand manner, does not rush through the appointment, and answers any questions I have.
All of my appointments have been on time or close to on time. *His virtual appointments have also been a great alternative to in-patient visits!*
(Especially through the covid times.)
His nurses and support staff have also been courteous and kind whenever I call the desk, or visit my appointments.

Dr. Mennen was great as a first time patient, he listened and took time to get to know me and asked questions. He was very polite and kind helping me get past my first visit jitters. Office staff were also friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that my appointment was for 9:30 and I wasn’t seen until 10:15.

Dr. Mennen has a great demeanor/bedside manner. He is broadly knowledgeable about a range of topics, and can answer questions authoritatively w/r/t a wide range of health issues.

I think Dr. Mennen is a good doctor. However, the young lady who tends to patients as they enter the office is, frankly, a nightmare.
I understand rudeness if a patient is rude or even yelling. But for a common everyday, "Good morning. I am here for my 10:00 appointment" to be met with such anger and vitriol was truly shocking.
I didn't do whatever it was that ticked this person off that morning but to be treated so badly right before a routine doctor's visit is too much.
There are too many other highly qualified doctors in the Bethesda area who certainly have decent staffs for me to put myself through returning to "AllCare". Yikes!

Dr. Mennon, is very kind, knowledgeable and concerned about his patient’s well being. He took his time during the exam, he answered all my questions and he told me to call him if there are any new health issues or problems with obtaining my prescription medication.

Amazing! To actually be listened to and taken seriously by my doctor was not something I have experienced in a long time. Immediately we talked about my issues and problems and discussed methods for moving forward and he gave me the referral I’ve been seeking for probably years now. I left that appointment with so much knowledge and reassurance!

Great to have an appointment be kept on time. Dr. Mennen and the staff in the office were all very personable and efficient. Dr. Mennen listened to everything I wanted to tell him about the issue I came in with and didn't make assumptions without hearing me out. Follow up items were clear. Overall very positive experience.
I would point out that there are references online to Dr. Mennen being a pediatrician, but he does see people of all ages.

I was initially concerned about my issue because it was not straight forward. This was my first visit with Dr. Mennen. I felt he went above and beyond to listen to my concerns, address them, inform me on possible areas to explore further and lay out his recommended course of action eliminating one cause at a time for a somewhat nebulous issue.

I was happy with my first appointment with Dr. Barnett Mennen when I visited him for my coughing problem. Then I decided to do my annual health check with him. Later I did it and was satisfied with the service he and his team provided. The office is nice, clean and the environment is friendly. I look forward to seeing the doctor for my medical purposes.

AllCare has the worst possible staff. Dr. Barnett was good but it’s been over 3 weeks since the office took my blood and no one has contacted me back with results. Every time I call their office some incoherent staff takes the call and is not able to answer any questions. This has to be the most unprofessional doctor office I have ever experienced. Unfortunately at no fault of Dr. Barnett, I would NOT recommend this office because of the incapable staff and their working.

I had a virtual visit with Dr. Barnett because I was with COVID and overall it was a great experience. Very punctual, helpful and clear communicator. He even shared his phone number in case I got worse and had more inquiries about my health. It’s hard to find a md with such a big commitment with patients in the US so I highly recommend him!

This was a significant waste of time that outweighed the few benefits of choosing this office. I was made to wait nearly 90 minutes to see the doctor. When he walked in he asked "what am I seeing you for"?! I had clearly signed up for an annual physical. Once he came into the room, he decided that it was best for him to see to another patient because it would be quicker to see that patient. After I was seen for a perfunctory and less than thorough exam, I had to wait another 25 minutes for the blood work. There was no explanation, justification or excuse for the second delay. What made this wasteful appointment even worse was that I had fasted in anticipation of the blood work. In short, I left the office completely tired, hungry and beyond disappointed. To be fair Dr. Menen is a very nice person. But that doesn't excuse the poor service that was provided.
