The office staff was very polite. We were taken into a room immediately after completion of our paperwork. Waited for the doctor for no more than 10 minutes. The doctor was friendly, thorough,knowledgable, and to the point. He made it clear that we could contact the office at anytime should we have any problems. Upon leaving. Office had verified our benefits, so the check out process was quick. A very positive first visit.

I have a condition that I've found most people/Doctors have never had experience with. He seemed to know what it was and how to treat it right away. I'm hoping for good results.

I visited for a full skin screen and a problem spot on my arm. Dr. Auster did inspect the spot on my arm and "froze" the spot (not pre-cancerous thank goodness), however he did just a cursory look at my overall skin - did not have me remove my full coverage undergarments -just looked at my arms, lower legs, feet, face and back -- what if I had a problem somewhere else?...It would not be found by him. Also, I did not see him wash his hands before examining menor did he use gloves. Though the Doctor's bedside manner was professional and pleasant, I did not feel he handled my reason for the visit in complete manner.

He was very professional and did more than I expected. Very pleased and my husband was so impressed he made an appt. That is amazing all in itself. He never goes to the doc. The staff was very nice and I didn't have to wait either. I have a follow up and looking forward to it.

He was very nice and professional. I love the teaching atmosphere he has with his residents and patients. I ask several questions that he and his assistants was willing to answer. The clinical staff was informative and nice. This office is very welcoming.

Very nice, thorough doctor, although he couldn't give me a solid prognosis because my skin had healed. However staff was unprofessional and didn't smile at patients, seems as though they were having a bad morning, dont know why because the doctor was very plesant and understanding.

This was my first visit, and not very complicated. Dr. Auster listened to my story, examined my rash, explained what caused it in both medical and lay terms, and recommended a simple treatment, with follow-up if it's not better. I was very relieved to learn there was a simple solution.

Dr. Auster is excellent. I went to another Doctor who was not able to correct my condition. Dr. Aster was able to correct the condition the first time and spent the time explaining the to me. His office is really beautiful with state of the art equipment. The staff was helpful nice and I felt valued.
