Friendly service, there was a bit of a wait, about 30 minutes, past the appointment time but the doctor I got was competent and courteous. They "require" a pre-registration which means uploading your driver's license, which I'm not comfortable with, due to privacy and hacking concerns, so I just provided it at the office.

I needed someone to drain my abscess quickly so I booked an appointment with Dr. Kuttner. He did his job but I asked how I could I prevent the abscess from returning and he looked at me called me overweight in front of his staff and made assumptions about my lifestyle and diet choices based on my size. I know what I look like and didn’t need for him to point it out. I take great pride in the care that I give to myself and I didn’t appreciate his approach. I was looking for a concrete science based answer instead he took one look at me and blamed it on my weight/diet. I won’t be back for the follow up appointment and I don’t suggest you to to him if you are overweight.
