I've finally found my daughter's doctor! She was ver kind and gentile. Very patient and knowledgable. Answered all our questions without sounding condescending like many other doctors we have seen. Wasn't trying to rush us out. I am very pleased and I plan on keeping her as my daughter's doctor

Doctor was fine. Waiting room was lousy for a pediatric appointment. No decoration, no toys, fish tank looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. Front desk staff were almost rude in their uncommunicativeness. I'd go back to the doctor, but not to that facility!

As a mom to an 18 month old toddler, going to the doctor's is not neccessarily high on my list of fun things to do, but I was beyond impressed with the medical staff and visit with Dr. Nedjat-Haiem. Dr. Haiem was extremely attentive, funny, kept my son's attention and had him laughing and smiling, and was genuinely concerned of the welfare of my son. The office is clean, has parking under the building for a nominal fee, and has a nice big fish tank to keep kids occupied while waiting. I definitely recommend this practice and am looking forward to seeing other doctors that are part of this cooperative. Thank you Dr. Haiem!

Overall i liked her. She was great with my daughter and seemed to be very kind. My only hangup was while she was talking to my child she told her not to eat any "hot Cheetos". Now because both my daughter and myself are African American that came off little offensive. I didn't say anything about it but it did bother me. A lot of times you see some young African American kids, from low income backgrounds, whose parents are ignorant enough to let them eat crap like that not understanding the lack of nutritional value plus the damage it can do to their child's young digestive system. I pride myself on putting my child's well being first and foremost . I would never feed her anything like. Other then that i would recommend Dr.Haiem to anyone. The wait wasn't too bad around 30 to 40 minutes, which is typical for a doctors office visit. The lobby was clean, quiet and the staff was pleasant.

Both the office staff and the Doctor were kind and helpful. The office staff took the time to help with a difficult and confusing insurance coverage and the Dr Beatrice Nedjat-Haiem was informative, thurough and set my child at ease. Often times you are ushered in and out of appointments in a perfunctory manner but the staff in this office is caring and helpful.

We loved the doctor, but the front staff didn't have us as having an appointment and they said it didn't matter if we filled all the paperwork out on Zocdoc, we would have to fill it out again in the office. So I would recommend the doctor, but not Doczoc :(

Dr. Haiem is fantastic! Just an example: My son became a bit fussy during the visit and she told me to just go ahead and nurse him right there if I thought he might need to eat. I did so, and we then continued the visit once he was finished. Never had a pediatrician act so considerately before! She was very careful to keep my husband and I informed and was prepared to answer any questions we had. Very nice and intelligent woman. Highly recommend!

Our wait was longer than normal bc there was a mix up and our appt wasn't received by them. But, doctor Haiem squeezed us in. She's super amazing! The wait didn't bother us.. She is worth the wait.

Dr. Nedjat-Halem and her staff really care about their patients. She is so warm and caring that one of her patients, whom I met in the lobby, drives all the way from West Los Angeles to see Dr. Nedjat-Halem. She has patronized Dr. Halem since the birth of her daughter who is now 2 years old. This was very reassuring for a first time Mom with a beautiful premature baby girl to hear. Thank you Zoc Doc.

My husband and I went for a consult with Dr. Haiem while searching for a future pediatrician for our son (he will be born in a few weeks). The visit was absolutely pleasant and Dr. Haiem was very friendly, kind, and accommodating. She was prepared to answer any questions we had and was fully willing to discuss her qualifications and personal experiences in pediatrics. We really felt welcome and comfortable with Dr. Haeim and are looking forward to bringing our son to see her!

She's a nice lady but the office isn't child-friendly and the receptionists who book appointments and greet you are very rude. This alone makes me want to go elsewhere.

Very understanding and willing to listen to the patients needs rather than being in a hurry. I love that she is up to speed with the medical needs, as well as what is available for the patients needs. Great with people skills as well as bed side manners!!
