Dr. Jacobs is fantastic. The educated young medical admin is excellent as well. sadly the Russian administration staff are disorganized, archaic and leave much to be desired. I would say, don't be fooled by the disarray! This is still an excellent provider despite the subpart staff.

Doc Jacobs came highly recommended from a friend , and proved to be just that !! he was very polite & I felt very comfortable having him as my doc for urology....the 2 star review (was NOT him, but my primary care doctors staff , not sending thru the faxed papers needed to his office & a wrong location it was sent to) , so a hang up in that respect , I don't expect any problems with him in the future visits

I sat filled out paper work in less then 15 minutes I was seen diagnosed and sent home it was perfect. I only paid the meter once.

Office seemed a little understaffed/overwhelmed: there was only one receptionist at the front desk who seemed to be having trouble dealing with a number of other patients before getting to me, thus making the wait time longer than it should have been.
However, once I saw the doctor everything went smoothly. While his rate of questioning was very fast-paced and initially seemed a little rushed, he was very thorough and informative, and took time to administer a variety of procedures before give me a plenty of detailed information. But most importantly, there was nothing awkward or uncomfortable about my visit with him, which for situations like this is often a concern. Would definitely return for any future needs.

Dr. Jacobs is a great listener and made an uncomfortable situation comfortable. I'm happy with the solution he suggested, and I'll be sticking with him for follow-ups. I was seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled time, and didn't feel rushed at all. Very well run office and a great doctor.

Ok, parking....tough, 'cause you're between King's Highway and frenetic Ave. P, and the block of the Doc has Medical Bldgs
.... got there 12:10 for a 12noon apptmt (1st visit) and was back in my car at 1:50
Doc was to the point and swift...ill be honest, i felt i had to talk fast ...but maybe he saw me as a peer (why, with my intelligent look and being buddy co-religionist, he figures i'm fully informed!)
so he was comfortable skipping the "Hiiiiiii, Gertrude ! and how ARE you today" stuff and he knew i could digest his diagnosis quickly.
The sonogram guy was cute and talkative, once you opened him up.
The staff....well, you have the Russian sergeants who are tough on the outside and nice on the inside, but all in all, looked efficient.
I was confident by the referrals from family and friends that i was in good hands, and Doc's a nice guy, so who cares about all else?
