He answered my questions, went out of his way for my concerns, went above and beyond my expectations and had a great personality.
He earned my trust very quick, and I am usually not one to trust most doctors.
Lisa was just as nice, friendly and patient; knowledgeable, honest and detailed.
The professional at the window and at discharge was very knowledgable and polite.
Overall very happy.

I will never return to this Dr again. They never returned my 5 messages I left for the office to refill my RX. I had to wait 14 days to get it refilled because they would not return my call. Then when i went to the office they made me wait over 1 hour and the receptionist staff are rude and condescending Two weeks ago, i had teledoc apt with Dr. Garcia and his staffed called me to collect their money while I was on the phone with him but would not return my messages to refill an RX. All they want is your money and do not want to help the patient. .

Very comfortable doctors office. I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia. Only draw back was waiting an hour to be seen after my scheduled appointment but the staff made up for it with their customer service.

Dr Garcia is the only doctor I have ever had that treats you like a real person. He's funny, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about getting your health issues fixed. His office is fast, never wait more than 15-20 minutes. If you need a lot of phone calls back maybe its not the best office for you, but they get it done. A+ doctor and staff!

Impossible to speak with anyone at the office via telephone, they don’t answer and don’t return messages. Zocdoc confirmed an appointment for me online, but did not forward it to the doctors office. The doctor’s offce was I aware I had an appointment when I arrived, but did squeeze me in.

This doctor has his issues, but overall is excellent. Issues are small in comparison to how good of a doctor this is. Issues include office staff, waiting room feels like the dmv, med refills being missed, not always answering the phone and having to use voicemail sometimes, non Spanish speakers feel weird, often long wait, Dr. Garcia sometimes seems a little unprofessional (eg doesn’t dress like a doctor, rushed, sometimes not put together). Whatever, no big deal, no place is perfect. I like Dr. Garcia, I think we work well together, he doesn’t just refer me to expensive specialists, he treats me himself, and he is respectful and empathetic, and cares for the whole patient, not treating us like a collection of diseases. I think he is good enough that I put up with the office annoyances. Mid level providers are excellent and I also recommend them. I think people should give this doctor a try, it may be a rare match that is hard to find elsewhere.

I've been looking for a great doctor for over 2 years after my insurance changed and I lost my previous. I feel like I have found my new doctor. The staff was very nice and there wasn't much of a wait. When I finally met with Dr Garcia he addressed every single item that I needed to consult him on, and solved them. He didn't have to refer me out to a specialist like most doctors. Very straight to the point and I felt like he actually cared. A+ in my book.

No major issues. Staff are very nice and caring. Sometimes Dr. Garcia seems like he can be dismissive of more "vague" symptoms - e.g. fatigue, nausea, etc and tends to attribute them to being all in my head, so I would not recommend him if you are a patient who has these problems and wants them to be investigated instead of being blown off.
