I booked an appointment for a pap smear, and only got a wellness check. The doctor I requested was not an OBGYN even though it said on the Zocdoc app that she was.

This provider completely disregarded that I am a patient and has shown no interest in taking care of the problem I was seeing her for. I got blood work done at a different facility weeks ago and I haven’t had a follow up because the provider can’t seem to find my results nor give the lab accurate contact information to obtain them! Finding a good provider is hard, guess I have to keep looking because I won’t find that here.
