Make sure you got your insurance situation all set, referrals and everything involve with your insurance. They dont call insurance company to verify your information, neither will see you if you dont have a referral. They are very booked, lots of patients and not enough staff, it is very anoying whent you have lots of questions but cant make them because the receptionist is extremelly busy doing the work that should be done by 3 employees. Feel sorry for her, she doesnt even give you an smile. ??

I went expecting test to be ran or an examination, but all that was done was questions being asked and papers filled out. No treatment was given at all. I feel like it was a total waste of time. My head still hurts and I feel dizzy. I was told I was going to be given a prescription, but nothing was prescribed.

I had to wait 4 hours to be seen. Dr. Tolia then told me it was his office managers fault after she told me that he was 1 hour late. He rushed through my appointment and never once apologized for the delay. They even threatened to charge me if I didn't stay.
