The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel is the kind of doctor I have been looking for; kind, caring, and informative. All the doctors I have been to in the past were cold, made me feel stupid and somehow made me feel like they were also stupid because my ailment was not dealt with to my satisfaction. It is very comforting to feel like your doctor is truly concerned about your well-being.

Inappropriate bedside manner. Casual conversation is fine, but she mocked me for having numerous health issues. I tried to tell her my familial health history but it was such a long list she made fun of me for it. I cried after leaving, it was such a humiliating experience. I never expected a provider to laugh at me for my illnesses. I do not recommend her as a provider. I suggest not going to her for sensitive topics or possibly embarrassing issues, she is not professional enough.

Our encounter with Dr Patel was very impressive to us. She was warm upon receiving us which made it comfortable to discuss all the concerns we had. Right away we knew we established care with the right PCP. She was detailed with collecting and disseminating information, listened to understand and did not rush you. She answered our questions is a very respectful manner. She was very professional in addressing our issues. The nurses and the front desk staff were very efficient, friendly and welcoming they treated us like they have known us for a minute.

Dr. Patel was very thorough. She was obviously familiar with my medical chart history, asked questions, was the first doctor in over 4 years to even acknowledge long covid, which I have, had me demonstrate cognitive tests, had a concern about my recent blood work and addressed it, asked about family medical history,... She was patient, welcomed questions and was very knowledgeable. I am happy to have her as my doctor.

My wife and I had our first visit with Dr Patel yesterday. We were very impressed with her and look forward to having her as our Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Patel, personally was very personable. I didn’t feel the sense of judgement from her and she took the time to go through my notes from previous providers and ask me questions as well about myself and my past, again, without feeling judgement in her questions. I know I’m overweight, we can clearly see it, I do have other issues and for the first time my weight wasn’t the Dr.’s main focus and point of view. This was my first visit and I truly want to keep her as my PCP. My heart rate was the lowest it’s been while awake, which was 70 during my visit with her and I mostly get that while relaxing and getting ready for bed, so let that speak for itself.
