Dr. Volfinzon was really great - very personable, listened, gave helpful feedback and direction, etc. The lead up to seeing her was a little bit odd - I sat with another doctor to get my full medical history recorded in my chart and it was a bit of an odd interaction. It was nice, though, that the practice was so thorough in getting my history so they had a better understanding of what was going on.

This was my first visit to Dr. Biana. The office was very short-staffed so the wait time was long. However, once I met with Dr. Biana, she listened to everything I had to say, answered all of my questions, and was VERY pleasant and knowledgeable. I plan on going back in two weeks, so I will update my post about the visit then. I was also surprised that the office is located in a Treat and Release/Urgent Care Facility, so when you go, don't be put off. The facility is clean and up to date.

She has an excellent bedside manor and her Scribe was particularly awesome. She really took the time to understand my full history and make sure it was communicated / recorded properly, not an experience I've encountered before (first visit there). She and that whole team were great but huge props to her Scribe.
