I have no words to describe how glad i am to have found this doctor. I resorted to zocdoc after a month of calling specialists trying to find appointments. I saw the reviews but i still wasn’t convinced but i was desperate so i just made my appointment and hoped for the best. When i walked into the office i was checked in right away the girls where super nice. Where my jaw literally dropped is when i saw the doctor, she took the time to hear me describe all of my symptoms. Not just look at the results and give me a weird attitude like other doctors before sending me home with a pack of pills. She explained what steps she was going to take and why. Also explained why i might be feeling certain symptoms and how to deal with them while we find the right treatment. She made me feel that she cared, she made me feel very comfortable and treated me fairly. Most importantly gave me a good action plan and did not leave me with any doubts or wondering why i was going to take the steps that where laid out by her. Im looking forward to my next visits and getting better.

What a breath of fresh air! A doctor that actually spends time with you and makes you feel like your health is important to her. Today was my first visit with Dr. Alfonso and she spent an hour with me discussing my concerns. I would definetely recommend her.
