Dr. Khan started his private practice in gastroenterology over 16 years ago in upstate Pennsylvania. He had a very busy solo practice, but 10 years ago he decided to move to a metropolitan area and thus joined DHAT, here in Dallas.
He believes in a patient-focused practice where the patient is given an ample chance to express his/her complaints, ask questions and get involved in his/her case. This results in a long-term doctor-patient relationship based on trust and understanding. He also believes in easy accessibility.

I waited an hour to get into a consultation room and then waited an additional 15 minutes to actually see the doctor. The walls were so thin, I could hear the consultation with another patient in the room next door nearly verbatim. No legitimate complaints about the doctor but many, many scathing complaints about his office.
The receptionist accidentally charged me for a PROCEDURE instead of my consultation fee. Yes, that means my debit card was withdrawn hundreds of dollars because of her error. She said she fixed it but when I called my bank, they said the charge had posted.
I cancelled my procedure with Dr. Khan. How can you trust a doctor who can'f even run his own office?
