I really, really like Dr. Hayet. Every time I have gone to see him he remembers me and takes the time to talk for a second before moving on to his patients, and he seems concerned with whatever problem I come to the office with. The medical assistants are also friendly and helpful. However, I took the time to write this review because the front desk receptionists could definitely work on their service. I walked up to check in and the woman sitting at the desk didn't greet me, and while I was sitting waiting to be called a patient called for an appointment and the woman sitting at the desk was complaining loudly to the other receptionist about how she thought there wouldn't be any other appointments today. If you need to complain about your patients I would recommend shutting the window so that patients sitting in the waiting room can't hear you. Trust me, we don't always want to come to the doctor's office either. Otherwise I would definitely recommended Dr. Hayet.

Very pleasant experience for going to a Doctor. Receptionist was polite and I was brought into the room almost as soon as I turned in the required forms. Nurse was efficient and seemed nice. Doctor was friendly, diagnosed my issue right away and put me at ease. I do recommend, highly.

Everyone was so nice. I am sorry, I don't remember the medical assistant's name, but she was awesome. Dr. Hayet was very warm and made me feel comfortable.

My visit was pleasant, upbeat and easygoing. I know the doctor many years and my symptoms were easy to diagnose; therefore we has little to discuss. He encouraged me to schedule a routine preventive exam which I did before leaving his office.
