It was my first time with Dr. Patel, as I have been traveling to Louisiana to continue my yearly check ups, but finally decided to find a local doctor. The waiting area was under renovation, but the exam rooms were very clean and organized. Dr. Patel has great bedside manner and accommodated me with this appointment date as she is usually in OR on Mondays, but it is my only off day. Highly recommend this office.

It’s been over a week since my lab tests were done. I was told my blood tests were back, the doctor just has not reviewed it. I went into the office with health concerns and have been anxious all weekend awaiting results, as I have felt very unwell with no idea what to do. I’m incredibly disappointed it has taken over nine days for a doctor to call me back. I have even followed up and still no response. I will not be coming back here again.

So far I've just seen her for an initial visit. The office was a bit confusing and the front staff was busy, but the nurse who saw me was wonderful as well as Dr. Patel. She was understanding and knowledgeable, listened to all of my concerns and questions and walked me though our next steps.
