It was my first visit with Dr. Patel after a scary episode the night before. He was immediately friendly, calming and consultative in why and what he was doing, the questions he was asking, etc. He even made sure to make my husband feel welcomed and comfortable. We just moved here from across the country and finding a new primary care doctor is always difficult, very happy we found Dr. Patel!

Dr. Patel took his time and asked important questions about mine and my family's history in the beginning of the appointment.
One thing I didn't like - he used a voice to text system, which was a little strange. Every time I'd answer a couple questions, he'd say his notes aloud to the computer. It felt less efficient in terms of keeping the pace of conversation going, and it made the appointment last longer than it needed to.
The other thing that bothered me was how much he stressed the importance of exercise and "happy thoughts" when I mentioned my mental illness. It felt almost belittling of my condition. At one point I cut him off and said that being happy isn't that easy, and he backed off.
Honestly a weird visit, but he did refer me for some tests and got me the prescription I needed. I will be going back to him for a follow up, but I am unconvinced about choosing him as my primary doctor.

Dr. Patel was extremely nice, but unfortunately the times listed on his door don't adhere to the times they actually work around so I booked an appointment an hour before they actually opened.
Dr. Patel was extremely nice though, I'd highly suggest him to anyone looking for a good doctor.

I was the only one who was at the office the time I booked my appointment but it still took them 15 minutes to take me in. Dr Patel was thorough and very professional but didn't seem to be on any sort of time accountability. I was lucky to be the only one there but imagine I would have had to wait forever if it were a busy office

Dr. Patel was a decent doctor, I just felt like he didn't really give me a straight answer on many of the questions I had. I walked out of there confused as to what my condition actually was, and felt he would have given me antibiotics regardless. Not sure I'll be going back.

Dr. Patel was very friendly and attentive to me. I would recommend him as a doctor. The wait, however, was long unfortunately because they waited on my insurance carrier to pick up to confirm I was covered. This process should have been done before my visit by them, upon confirming my appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked to be seen and I was. I should have asked right away :)
