Not only was my wait over an hour, she has still informed me of the result of the various Xrays and scans she asked me get. The last I called her office, she was no longer practicing in her DC office and I have not been able to get in touch with her nor has she bothered to let me have the results of my scan!

I'm not impressed with this office. I called for my lab results, and was lectured on how I should have known that they can't give those results over the phone or through their patient portal, even though every other doctor's office does, and that I should have known I needed to make another appointment.
No, I should not have known this office did not follow the procedures of other offices, especially when no one told me. And the lecturing was really rude!

She was WELL worth the wait! I LOVE her! She was so thorough, and even though it was the end of the day, she didn't rush me. She talked to me about things that my other rheumatologist never even mentioned. I'm so thankful for Dr. Shakoory!

Dr. BIta Shakoory was the most detailed and concerned doctor I have met during the last two years of trying to figure out what is wrong with me, and believe me, there have been MANY. I would recommend her 100% of the time. Very attentive.

Dr. Shakoory was wonderful! She was so gentle, empathetic, and understanding. She totally understood everything that I was trying to say pretty much w/out saying it and more. She also had great suggestions. I was super impressed but I'm always happy w/my ZocDocs! Read the feedbacks! They're so important!!! She's highly recommended!

I can go on and hon with positive input! My visit's have been really pleasant and informative with Dr. Shakoory-Dr. Shakoory's bedside manner has been amazing. She has went above and beyond in assisting me on understanding my current health diagnosis with nothing but persistent patience, knowledge and concern. I appreciate not only her but the staff (Ms. Delores) for their support and time while I have been going through changes and learning this new chapter in my life.
