Needed a visit for my child who was experiencing a rash that was bleeding and inflamed . Was told by a male nurse that they had No appointments available and if I needed her to be seen to go to urgent care . No appointments available due to school was starting and they were booked for those appointments.
Also my insurance changed . I gave front desk staff my insurance information but one of our visits was sent to my old insurance and I am still dealing with them trying to fix if .
Unorganized and staff is rude including male nurse who works there
