Dr. Thong was a breath of fresh air. I usually leave doctor appointments feeling unsatisfied and like I just had an impersonal yet private meeting with someone I just met. However, Dr. Thong was very personable and easy to talk to. He asked the right amount of questions and explained the rationale behind them. Other doctors in the area told me I wouldn't be able to see them for 1-2 months, but I was able to easily schedule an appointment with Dr. Thong within a couple days.
Sara, at the front desk, was also super helpful and friendly. Simply a great experience overall, which is such a surprise to me. I can't believe I am saying this because I am not a fan of doctor visits at all, but I would look forward to visiting them again!
