The doctor was not nice nor caring. Didn't examine much with the baby definently didn't answer my questions and was very rude. His office doesnt take bank cards or credit cards for payments only cash.read more

I will never take my child to him again. He requested that she piss in a cup. My daughter was 3 years old. He also allowed someone who was not a doctor walk into the room and proceeded to hold an extensive conversation with him. When he was supposed to fill out paperwork it was not ready in a timely manner and he did not seem to care that because of his negligence my child was unable to attend school. I will never recommend him and I have filed complaints with the insurance company. Horrible staff, who is lazy and rolls her eyes at patients. read more

My 3 year old was hysterical because she had to have a shot, and Dr. Ripa was AMAZING. She was screaming and thrashing and he gave her 2 shots so fast she didn't even notice! BRAVO! Also, receptionists were very kind and exceptionally helpful. read more

He was amazing!! The female Dr. was amazing as well. The brunette receptionist was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She answered my questions and was great with my child. The blond receptionist was exceptionally rude, disrespectful, dismissive, didn't answer my questions and basically called me a bad mother to my face. Dr. Ripa is amazing, and we can't wait to go back, but he MUST do something about this super rude blonde receptionist. Frankly, I was stunned. read more

I showed up just in time for my 2pm appointment with my 9month old daughter. I was told at 2:30 that he was running late and that I would be the first one to be seen. When he showed up at 2:45, he waltzed around for another half an hour around the office, without any rush, until I was finally seen. As a pediatrician, he did not seem comfortable to connect to my child. He did not even touch her, just moved his hand in front of her to get her attention. When it came time to do the vaccinations, I asked what he was going to give her and he mentioned a flu jab. I never asked for a flu jab (in the beginning of June when it isn't even flu season) to which I say no, thank you. Our previous pediatrician (in another state/I had to move) was very hands on and attentive to my daughter and would show me her growing chart and verified with me what vaccination she would give my daughter, Dr. Ripa did not of those things so my visit was very disappointing. read more

I took my 13 year old son to the dr office. The assistant and dr. Walked us through the entire visit making both my son and I very comfortable. read more

I was the last patient there and the doc made us wait while he took the time for a break. Then he rushed through the appointment. I will not return to his office, my husband and I did not like the way he handled our newborn.read more
