He was nice and friendly, and was able to explain what was wrong with me in a clear manner. He made me feel comfortable and at ease when he was assessing what was wrong with me by using a laryngoscope. I would definitely recommend him and would go to him again. His staff were all courteous and friendly. No complaints.

When I questioned what he was doing, he raised his voice and accused me of being agressive. I feel like he ordered a second sleep study for me that appeared to give him no clear diagnosis as to the pressure to set my machine. Apparently they determined I need 15. But it wasn't working out when he set it to 15. So there was a lot of trying different settings. So I asked him what was the study for. He accused me of being agressive and not having an open mind. Then went on to say that he is not trying to bill me for studies I don't need. Then he said "if you want it at 15, I'll set it at 15. " his is completely unacceptable. As a professional he needs to be able to answer ANY question I ask. Not get mad and yell at me.

Dr. Sagalovich is a doctor that makes me feel very much aware of my problem. By this I mean he completely explains the problem to the fullest and explains it in a way where you understand everything that he says. Every question that I asked was answered and not only answered professionally but in a way that did not make me feel intimidated. I did not feel rushed. His assistantant, Anna, is also very professional, makes you feel at ease and always has a professional, smile, and she too is willing to answer your question without making the patient feel like they have to hurry,.

Although it was a long wait, I found both doctor and staff to be really friendly and patient when it came to answering my questions.

He was so kind and attentive. The wait time was probably 5 minutes before I saw the nurses and then he walked in before they were finished. And with my condition, he was beyond sensitive and even went about finding me a referral himself and booking the appt himself. I am not some relative posting this. He was just very kind and deserves a good review. Thank you, again, Dr. Sagalovich
