Dr. Brad Herskowitz is a Board Certified general neurologist. He has special training in stroke, concussion, sleep, and migraines as well as an expertise in BOTOX injection therapy for both cosmetic and neurological conditions. He also previously served as a Florida boxing ringside physician. He has been a principal investigator in numerous clinical research trials. He has both an office based and hospital practice and is on staff at Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Herskowitz received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed a two year internal medicine residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital before completing a three year Neurology residency at Yale-New Haven University, where he was the Chief Resident.

Waited a long time to see the doctor, then actually saw him for less than 5 minutes. He asked me a few questions then told me I had to be tested for carpal tunnel (which is why I came in the first place) . However, they said I had to make another appointment at this same office to get tested which meant I would have to take more time off of work to do so. When I asked why I couldn't get tested same day they said "because the insurance won't pay for it if its on the same day". Sounds like insurance fraud to me... Won't be going back and don't recommend.

I arrived 15 minutes before appt. I was taken to an exam room right after checking in. The doctor came in about 10 minutes later. He was real professional as we went over my MRI/MRA/Scan exam test results and we both were smiling when I heard the results were very good and there were no problems. I asked a couple of questions which he answered. Also asked for paper copies of the results, which were provided, and for those results that are provided on a DVD he told me how to get them. I'm pleased.

Dr. Herskowitz is without a doubt the "Best" neurologist thus far! Being a migraine sufferer for over 28 years I have been through a plethora of neurologists and no one can even come close to the way he treats you and communicates and absolves a plan to aggressively treat the migraine at the root.

Very pleased to have found an appointment with a specialist for the same day!
My only suggestion is that the waiting room on the 1st floor should have a sigh that indicates that it is NOT for neurology patients and that they need to take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
