medically disappointed but agreed with the next step
Dr. Herskowitz is very thorough and takes his time. He has been my neurologist for over 3 years and I highly recommend him and his office.
Felt as if he was in a hurry. Hardly felt my neck to check on my pain. Prescribed a muscle relaxer , got to the pharmacy and had to call because the pharmacy did not have the request because he calls in the prescriptions until the end of the day. They should have told me,so I wouldn't waist my trip to the pharmacy; now I have to go back at the end of the day
Waited a long time to see the doctor, then actually saw him for less than 5 minutes. He asked me a few questions then told me I had to be tested for carpal tunnel (which is why I came in the first place) . However, they said I had to make another appointment at this same office to get tested which meant I would have to take more time off of work to do so. When I asked why I couldn't get tested same day they said "because the insurance won't pay for it if its on the same day". Sounds like insurance fraud to me... Won't be going back and don't recommend.

Brad Herskowitz, MD and staff members are excellent. Professional treatment & review of my medical history and addressed current issues. next appts given by staff and any alerts/orders provided without hesitation.
He is an amazing, compassionate doctor that takes his time, listens to his patients and truly cares.
Very proffessional treatment by staff and physician.
My visit today was very pleasant as with all visits to the office. Great doctor!
I arrived 15 minutes before appt. I was taken to an exam room right after checking in. The doctor came in about 10 minutes later. He was real professional as we went over my MRI/MRA/Scan exam test results and we both were smiling when I heard the results were very good and there were no problems. I asked a couple of questions which he answered. Also asked for paper copies of the results, which were provided, and for those results that are provided on a DVD he told me how to get them. I'm pleased.
Always takes care of my issues and willing to help find the right treatment
??Very professional right to the point. Made referrals and great anticipatory guidance ?? I did wait a while before being seen but it was my initial and I had to complete forms which I did via Zocdoc online but staff couldn't find my paperwork ??
My visit with Doctor Herskowitz was very pleasant. I felt very comfortable and right at home with him. He provided great feedback and was very knowledgeable in symptoms that triggered migraines and recommended medication that would hopefully alleviate the headaches and make them go away.
Really takes care of my migraines. He has the exact medication for my headaches. The staff is always friendly even when the office is packed with people.
Very knowledgeable and to the point. I would highly recommend him. I like the idea of on-line communication with his staff. They were very good with getting back to me.
Dr Brad Herskowitz was generally pleasant. He seemed knowledgable. I was however disappointed as I thought more tests would have been done to support his diagnosis.
I admire Dr. Herskowitz and I greatly appreciate the care and concern he shows for his patients. He is one of those Doctors who takes the time to listen to his patients and shows genuine interest in your health. I want to thank him and his Staff for their professionalism and kindness at all times. God bless him.
i have never seen anyone so arrogant.
Dr Herskowiz is an amazing Dr who has taken care of me for 5 years and I highly recommend him to others.
My experience was just OK.
I was taken back right after paying and seen by Dr. Brad Herskowitz within less than 2 minutes. Great doc, very personable and explains well your course of treatment.
One of my favorite drs and I look forward to seeing him every 3 months. Great bedside manner and very personable. I highly recommend him as your neurologist.
It's always a great experience with the Doc. He is so personable which always make us feel extremely comfortable and always quick to answer any of our concerns during each and every visit. We wouldn't change him for anyone else.
Very pleased to have found an appointment with a specialist for the same day! My only suggestion is that the waiting room on the 1st floor should have a sigh that indicates that it is NOT for neurology patients and that they need to take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
