Dr. Friedman grew up in the North Dallas area and attended high school at Greenhill School in Addison. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tulane University and subsequently went to Tulane University School of Medicine for his medical training. He then specialized in Family Practice at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). While at UCLA, Dr. Friedman trained under some of the foremost specialists in Dermatology, ENT, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Friedman has also worked at numerous emergency rooms, clinics, and urgent care facilities. However, his goal has always been to work as an individual primary care practitioner and form long lasting bonds with his patients, getting to know them as individuals and families so that he could provide more detailed and thorough care. Dr. Friedman has particular interests in sports medicine, preventive care, and pediatrics. In his free time Dr. Friedman enjoys running, soccer, in addition to playing guitar, tennis and spending time with his wife Annie.
