This doctor and his entire practice are incredibly unprofessional.
I initially booked an 8:30AM appointment, only to wait on the other side of a locked office door for twenty minutes. Apparently, there was a discrepancy between the office hours listed on Zocdoc and the actual office hours they adhere to. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. The receptionist called me back and was apologetic for the inconvenience and offered to get me the first appointment the following day, for which I was very grateful.
I showed up about 15-minutes early to my 9AM appointment this morning, only to find out that the office opens at the exact same time. How is this efficient? Employees should arrive earlier than the office hours so that they can be prepared and ready to treat patients at their appointment time. But here is where I lost it - while sitting and waiting, along with two other patients who apparently also had 9AM appointments, I overhear the receptionist call the doctor to find out where he is! Just wildly unprofessional. People are waiting to receive medical treatment and this guy can’t even make it a priority to show up to work on time.
Do yourself a favor - save yourself the inconvenience and look for a urologist somewhere else.

I have waited a long time to leave this review because I was left feeling so violated when I saw this doctor. I was having recurring UTI issues when I went to see him. I had an EXTREMELY long wait, his office is a huge mess as it has not advanced to a digital system at all and he therefore has paperwork everywhere in sight, he decided it was his duty to give me unsolicited 'advice' on my exercise regimen unrelated to my UTIs, his physical exam left me feeling violated and uncomfortable and wanting to run out of the office, his bedside manner was (as I've already stated) uncomfortable. It seemed he had a lot of happy older male patients. That might be his niche. If you're a younger woman looking for a urologist, this is probably not the place for you.

It's a shame because Bradley Landis seemed like a great doctor for the one appointment I actually booked. Only problem is the receptionist never answers the phones, so it's very hard to book an appointment.
It took months for them to deal with a billing issue, and they kept trying to bill me for an appointment and procedure that they cancelled the day before it was set. I had to threaten going to the medical board to get them to stop sending me bills.
Also they only except cash.
This office is in serious need of organization.

Awesome doctor , takes time with patients. It was the end of the day but he took time to take the history background and everything . Very very detailed oriented . He combines all aspects of medical field in mind while diagnosing and talks to his patient calmly and half of the treatment is done . He wrote only specific test not like tons of test which we end up getting bills for .. I am so happy I found such a good doctor. Definitely recommend him.

Awesome bedside manner and sense of humor. He really cares about his patients and can ease the mood with jokes and fun conversation. I also really appreciate that he asked radiology to take me in for X-rays and an ultrasound even though they were closing up shop for the day. He really cares about his patients and wants them to get what they need and not have to come back if it isn't necessary.

He is a very friendly and professional doctor. He is very thorough and I felt very confident in his abilities to discern my problem and help to resolve it.
May 4, 2016Mark C.Verified patient
He is very personable and adds a personal charm, while still giving the facts very straight laced. The only issue I had was there were 4 other people there that also had the same scheduled time as myself, so the wait was a bit long

Zocdoc confirmed a time when the doctor was NOT available! I arrived for my appointment at the time confirmed by ZocDoc and ended up waiting 45 minutes before the office was even open!!!
Dr. Landis was very accommodating in attempting to rectify the error of appointment time created by ZocDoc. He was congenial, professional with a good bedside manner and put me at ease during the examination.

There was a very long wait but only because he was held up in emergency surgery so it wasn't his fault. His receptionist/assistant could not have been more friendly, communicative and apologetic and assured me this was not typical.
I gave him a 4 star for bedside manner as opposed to a 5 ONLY because he is definitely a very clinical doctor, who takes control of the conversation and really only wants to hear yes or no answers. I think that's probably a good trait in terms of reigning in patients like me who know too much about health conditions, but while he has a good sense of humor and jokes around, he's not super warm and fuzzy. He seems very knowledgeable and professional which is really the most important thing, though.

Dr. Landis is very thorough and precise, but still efficient. He's also very nice. I felt like we really went over everything we needed to discuss and I never felt rushed. The entire experience was pleasant overall, and I've already recommended Dr. Landis to a friend!

Dr. Landis made inappropriate jokes regarding my ability to provide lab samples. He also came off generally rude and insensitive despite saying once that he "felt for me." I did not get that impression. I will never go back to see him again.

I was truly not impressed by this visit. Very busy office with a tiny waiting area. His receptionist was very nice and was doing her best but they had far too many patients. Once in with the doctor I barely had time to answer his questions before he interrupted me with the next. You could hear him talk to other people from the waiting room and he was very UN professional with me and other patients. Very patronizing and cold. I will not be returning.

Dr. Landis is very bright and genuinely concerned. And he is, above all, thorough. If a patient has complicated additional and related conditions, Dr. Landis generously gives that patient recommendations to see specialists whom he personally trusts or knows of by outstanding reputation. This is a physicial who continues thinking throughout the patient's entire appointment.

Great Dr who took time to talk WITH me about my issues & to go over options in terms of tests recommended so he might be able to definitively diagnose my health concerns. I wish this specialist was a primary dr because I would choose him to act as my physician without hesitation.
