A native of Denver, Dr. Krainik moved to Arizona in 2012 with his family and joined BackFit Health + Spine.
He attended the prestigious Parker University located in Dallas, Texas where he received his doctorate degree in Chiropractic. He is a Nationally Board Certified Chiropractor. He also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Dr. Krainik is certified in whiplash injury, biomechanics, and auto accident reconstruction through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
Dr. Krainik was an All-State wrestler and All-State power lifter. In college, he competed in wrestling and rugby. He knows what it takes to stay athletic and the injuries that come from competing at the highest level. Dr. Krainik is well trained in orthopedic and sports related injuries, as well as personal injuries sustained from auto accidents. He has a great deal of experience in getting his patients better as quickly as possible.
After high school graduation, Dr. Krainik served a two-year Mormon mission for his church in the Czech Republic. Upon his return from Eastern Europe, he worked as a Language Specialist for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City where he translated for the International Press and for the Czech Republic National Hockey Team.
During his time away from the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaitlyn, and their three kids, Keslie, Jack, and Emma. Dr. Krainik and his family are very active in the community and their church.
