About Dr. Curtis Casady
Dr. Casady graduated Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 2003. Following graduation, he co-founded Balanced Life Wellness Center in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. Balanced Life was later incorporated into a fully integrated medical practice called Active Physical Medicine where Dr. Casady acted as Vice President and Clinical Director. He is now an associate chiropractor and director of clinical training for Gilbert Physical Medicine.
Dr. Casady has extensive experience treating many different types of neuromusculoskeletal conditions. He has advanced training in upper cervical treatments to address complex conditions like fibromyalgia, CRPS/RSD, and generalized pain syndromes. Dr. Casady also has years of experience adjusting extremities for the relief of knee, hip, ankle, shoulder, and elbow pain.

My experience with Dr. Casady at Gilbert Physical Medicine was both professional and productive. I've never had such an efficient chiropractic experience. All of my problem areas and injuries were thoroughly reviewed and I left feeling like there was a clear plan in place. Dr. Casady is a great chiropractor! I went to him for several years and was always pleased with his adjustments. I moved and am now back in the area indefinitely, so I knew I wanted to be his patient again. He is personable and listens to what you are telling him as to your "problem" spots.
