Brenna was very professional and displayed excellent bedside manner even though my issue was rather complex. They were very kind and patient while walking me through my next steps going forward. She didn't listen to me or ask follow-up questions. She didn't test me for anything but prescribed antibiotics. She had no bedside manner. I usually see Jessica Laflin, but she was booked. I will never see anyone but Jessica in the future, or just go to urgent care.

Unprofessional. “Zocdoc” and CfF allowed my appointment to be scheduled only to be turned away, I arrived only to be told that they weren’t accepting new Medicare patients. My family and I have been seen by this practice 10+ yrs. The “professional” practice would’ve reviewed my insurance and/or have a general notice saying they’re not accepting new Medicare patients. I wasted 1+ hrs with this bad experience!

I set the appt. online over two weeks ahead and filled out all forms, check in forms, etc. Less than 1 hour before the appointment, the office called and left a message that they no longer accepted my insurance. No apologies, we are sorry to inconvenience you, etc. If I had missed the appointment, I would have been charged a fee.
The office is unprofessional and does not value its patients' time.
I cannot recommend this medical practice.

I waited for 20 minutes and when she came in, she did not ask me any questions. She merely wrote me a script for routine labs and mammogram. Did nothing to see if I had any concerns as part of my woman’s well exam. I had to stop and ask her about things. She seemed uninterested and in a hurry. Entire appointment was less than 10 minutes.
