The Doctor was fine, but I am extremely disappointed that I went there for a physical, which my insurance would cover, but they charged me as a doctor visit and I was surprised by getting a bill. I call the office to ask them for the reason and they told me that this is because the doctor didn’t ask for blood exam, which I don’t agree that it should be a reason considering that this was my first appointment and a blood exam should’t define as the only criteria for a physical and if it did I should be informed upfront. Now I need to pay something that I didn’t know I would need to.

Every time I go to see this doctor, it seems I get in right away. Almost zero time in the waiting room. And when I get into the office, I'm taken care of immediately. This is a big plus, in my book, as I've had doctors in the past that keep me waiting forever.
Dr. Buckley is very pleasant and informative. She asks all the right questions, and she makes good recommendations. The only problem I have is in the follow-up -- unless I ask for specific information about any test results (e.g.; blood-work), they'll just say everything is OK. Maybe it's just me, but I'd just like to have more details.

Never have to wait long for an office visit, even if it was booked the last minute. The nurses always return a call promptly. Dr. Buckley is very professional, she always listens to the problems and discusses possible solutions. She does not judge, I feel completely comfortable asking her anything. She is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I would highly recommend her.

My new primary Doctor! Love her and her staff. I arrived 10 mins early because I knew I had paperwork to complete. Got back to the room within 5 mins of completing and she came in after that within 10 mins. My appointment was at 830am. I was in and out within an hour. She went over all my concerns and didn't rush me at all. She listens! Clients that she has I met in the waiting room have been with her for years. Also advised she's a great doc!
