Hi, I'm Bren!
I’m a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist, and self-proclaimed nerd.
Have I always been a health nerd? No. I was once confused, bouncing from fad diet to fad diet, and frustrated when what once was working- stopped. It makes so much sense to want to work with someone who has been in your shoes! I have.
I understand the frustration that comes with making the best food choices, poor health, struggles with energy levels, and weight challenges.
My health philosophy is informed not just by my education but by my journey with weight balance, navigating the trials of insulin resistance, taking medications that affect your appetite, as well as the body image gauntlet of motherhood, illness, and even surgery.
I believe you can only master what you measure. As a data nerd, the best results come from high-quality, accurate tracking and measurements to provide you with a custom plan for your health and wellness. This baseline data includes more than just labs, questions, height, and weight.
Anyone can tell you what to eat. With my services, I will show you HOW to put your nutrition in place to get you to your goals.
As we continue to work together my service packages include repeat assessments of this information so that we get to track and celebrate your progress, fine-tune your program and continue to invest in the best nutrition prescription for you.
