Dr. Brent R. Phinney is an optometrist specializing in comprehensive vision and eye health examinations with a focus on exceptional patient experience. He attended the University of Wyoming in Laramie completing his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and graduate studies in Pathobiology. In 2001 he began schooling at Southern California College of Optometry, graduating cum laude. From 2005 to 2008 Dr. Phinney practiced in Spokane, Washington until the birth of his first son when he and wife Lindsay moved back to Colorado to be closer to family. Windsor Eye Care & Vision Center opened in the fall of 2010, providing comprehensive vision care to the Windsor community and surrounding areas. Dr. Phinney is actively involved in both the Colorado and American Optometric Associations. He has served on the board of directors for Windsor’s Downtown Development Authority, on the Historic Preservation Commission and on the board of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.
