At entrance I was upset about "all" the paper work! But once the doctor greeted me I felt at ease. He LISTENED, informed, and guided me. I felt he was very knowledgeable. He seemed to be in with the latest info on other alternatives and not so quick to PRESCRIBE. I like him and will be back.

Dr. Chou is incredibly positive and knowledgeable. This was my 2nd visit to his office and each time I've found him to be very thorough and informative. He isn't just about 'Medicating' someone. He has a great Holistic view! (He is interested in helping to heal the 'Whole Person') - Very Refreshing. His Nurse is Awesome! I am glad he is my Endocrinologist and I plan to stay his patient. I do NOT feel like a Number there. He takes time to review your past and current test results and he explains everything to you. He has a lot of positive energy. YOU'LL LOVE HIM! :-D

He has a wonderful way of getting the patient to understand what has to be done to get the patient to "own" healthy eating behaviors to avoid a diabetes crisis. He took the time to give the patient specific details AGAIN on what not to eat as well as examples of what to buy and cook. He was non-judgmental and understanding. He motivated the patient to take care of himself more than anybody else has!

Dr Chou rocks! He has gotten my diabetes under control when it seemed nobody else could. Now he is working on reducing my medications.
