Dr. Fullem was extremely knowledgable and had an amazing personality. He explained my problem thoroughly and then discussed a number of treatment options. He even laced my running shoes! He was extremely down to earth and is a runner himself, so he clearly understands a runner's need to continue running!

He earned his podiatric degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his podiatric surgical residency at the same institution.
Dr. Fullem an a Fellow and active member of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. When he is not working, Dr. Fullem enjoys running competitively. He even serves as the captain of the Bucknell Alumni distance team and a regular contributor to the Running Times magazine.
